Refund policy
Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to love your Lymflo routine. If you are not happy with your first order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the full product price.
Who it applies to
- Orders placed directly on lymflo.com.
- One refund per customer, per household, on their first order. Bundles are covered in full.
- For subscriptions, the guarantee covers your first subscription delivery. Later renewals can be cancelled anytime before they are billed (see our Subscription Policy), but billed renewals are not refundable unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
How to request a refund
Email support@lymflo.com with your order number and the email used at checkout. We reply within 1 to 2 business days.
When you get your money back
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank usually shows the refund within 5 to 10 business days.
Damaged, wrong or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer, at no cost to you.
Cancelling an order
If your order has not shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we will cancel it and refund you in full.
