Tracking your order

When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. Tracking may take a little time to start updating. You can also see your orders anytime on our Track Order page or in your account. If you cannot find our email, check your spam or promotions folder.

Address accuracy

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away. We can update the address before the order ships, but we cannot redirect a package once it is with the carrier.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking stops updating, or your package arrives damaged, email support@lymflo.com with your order number (and a photo for damage). We will help you with a replacement or refund.
