Cancellation policy
How Subscribe & Save works
When you choose Subscribe & Save at checkout, you agree to receive your selected Lymflo bundle automatically, on a recurring schedule, until you cancel. Your first subscription order is 25% off the one-time price. Every order after that is billed at the regular one-time price.
- Frequency: a new order is placed and shipped on your bundle’s schedule, starting from your first order date: 1 bottle every month, 3 bottles every 2 months, 5 bottles every 3 months.
- Billing: your first order is charged at checkout. After that, your saved payment method is charged automatically on each billing date at the regular price shown at checkout, plus any applicable shipping and taxes.
- Price changes: if the subscription price ever changes, we will email you before your next billing date, and you can cancel before the new price applies.
Skip, pause or cancel anytime
There is no minimum number of orders. You can skip a delivery, pause or cancel at any time:
- Online: open Manage Subscription (in the top menu) and sign in with the email you used at checkout. This is the fastest way.
- By email: write to support@lymflo.com with your name and order number.
Please make changes at least 24 hours before your next billing date. Changes made later apply to the following cycle. Once you cancel, no further charges are made. Orders that were already billed or shipped will still be delivered.
Refunds on subscriptions
Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee covers your first subscription delivery. Renewals that have already been billed are not refundable, except for damaged, incorrect or missing items. See our Refund Policy for details.
